Over the past 33 years Pindale Farm has always had our customers health and safety in mind. We have always provided anti-bacterial hand wash for our guests to use. Not just as a precaution now with the Covid-19 problem but for normal things encountered in the county side like Leptospirosis, E Coli and Salmonella. Please feel safe when visiting the wonderful Hope Valley in the heart of the Peak District and staying at Pindale Farm who take your safety very seriously. Please remember to social distance when out and about and if you shouldn’t meet family and friends at home you can’t meet them at Pindale either!
Pindale Farm is a Bona Fide business, with planning permissions and licensed by the local authorities, fully insured and checked by industry leaders like the AA and IHG. Regular inspections are made regarding cleanliness of rooms and amenities, electrical installations and equipment, fire alarms and firefighting equipment and we are Legionella compliant. So, you can feel safe in the knowledge that Pindale Farm is a safe place to stay when visiting the Hope Valley. We must assume that people booking and on arrival show no signs of Covid-19 and groups will be from the same family or social bubble in the same accommodation. We will not mix groups in the same room. The NHS and Government guide lines say “where possible stay at least two meters apart” and “avoid prolonged contact with anyone you do not live with”.
If you or a member of your group develop Covid-19 symptoms whilst staying at Pindale or up to seven days after your stay you must inform us without delay so we can take appropriate action.

We have a number of pinch points around the farm where we ask you to take extra care, like doorways, halls, stairs and toilet blocks, face coverings should now be used in these area’s where possable. Please be prepared to give way to others entering or exiting buildings. Please wait your turn, be patient, be considerate to others. We have provided extra cleaning items in rooms and toilet blocks so you can clean as you stay. Hand sanitiser dispensers have been installed around the farm for your use. Remember, Hand washing still plays a key role in protecting yourself and others from coronavirus. Wash your hands more often, use soap and water for 20 seconds or use hand sanitiser. We will remain open government regulations permitting.
