Pindale Farm is a bona fide business, with full planning permission and licensed by the local authorities. We are fully insured and have been checked by industry leaders such as the AA and IHG. Regular inspections are carried out covering the cleanliness of our rooms and amenities, our electrical installations and equipment, and our fire alarms and firefighting equipment, and we are fully Legionella compliant. You can therefore feel completely at ease, knowing that Pindale Farm is a safe and well-cared-for place to stay while you explore the Hope Valley. For everyone’s comfort and security, we do not mix separate groups in the same room.

When Covid-19 was a live concern, we took it very seriously indeed and did everything we could to keep our guests safe. At the time, we asked that anyone booking or arriving showed no signs of the virus, and we put a number of measures in place across the farm.

Many of those measures have remained, simply because good hygiene is always worth keeping up. We still provide extra cleaning items in the rooms and toilet blocks so you can wipe down as you go, along with hand sanitiser dispensers dotted around the farm for you to use freely. As ever, regular hand washing remains one of the simplest and most effective ways to protect yourself and those around you, so do wash your hands often with soap and water for around 20 seconds, or use the sanitiser provided.
