Camping
Camping at Pindale Farm
Pindale Farm welcomes campers from March to October, on our lovely flat field to the south-west of the farmhouse. The field is well looked after, with taps, a drain, and lighting at night for your convenience. For those who like a few home comforts, there are six 6-amp electric hook-ups available. Our heated toilet and shower blocks, with hot water for the campsite, are located within the centre buildings. And if you’re a fan of hammock camping, we have a number of trees you’re very welcome to use. We’re proud to say the campsite has been awarded three pennants by the AA for many years running.
Please note that we can only accommodate small camper vans, such as the VW “T” series or Mazda Bongo size; unfortunately, we are unable to accept anything larger.
Arrivals start from 12.00pm noon (mid-day) onwards
Departures strictly by 10.00am (mid-morning) or before
Unless a different time has been agreed with us before your booked date, as a charge may apply for any extra time on site.
Our site runs on a simple “Pay and Display” basis. First, pop into the farmhouse to pay, where you’ll collect your tag and the code for the toilet doors. Next, choose your spot and pitch your tent. Finally, please display your tag clearly, as without one you may be asked to pay again.
We’re happy for you to enjoy a barbecue during your stay, but please remember that barbecues should only ever be used for cooking. Once cooking is finished, they must not be topped up with wood to create a fire pit.
Charges: Camping is £12.00 per person, per night, with no charge for children aged five and under. Gazebos are charged between £10.50 and £21.00 per night depending on size, and a 6-amp electric hook-up is £8.00 per day. WiFi is available at £2 per device for every 24 hours. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds.
We’d also kindly ask that you take a moment to read through our site rules before booking. We look forward to welcoming you to the field.
