June 2021

Due to Covid problems we relaxed our usual booking conditions, held our price for the third year to help people out and took peoples word that they would turn up when booking a space to camp or a room to stay in.
This has not worked since we were able to open as per government legislation this year!
Just because you change your mind or the climatic conditions are not to your liking it’s not a reason to cancel your booking or simply not turn up! It’s not fair to book a pitch or room then at the last minute say “oh we are not coming and not going to pay!” It’s not fair to ask us to hold the accommodation just in case you might come along. It’s not fair on people we have turned away who are looking for that well deserved time out and can’t find a place to stay. We have been so contentious about Covid with providing a safe environment for people to stay and enjoy time out after lock downs only to be let down by people not turning up when they book. Please be responsible, be honest. Our usual terms are now back to normal, we will ask you to pay a deposit to confirm your booking and expect you to arrive as booked and pay the balance.
On a brighter note, the installation of a new high speed WiFi system by GigaPeak should be up and running by 4th June, it will cover all areas of Pindale Farm. Please be aware, Jamie Wilson Ground Work, will be re-tarmacing our car park 1st to 4th June. Please look out for pictures of the new work in the weeks to come. Stay safe, all the best, the team at Pindale.

Covid and accommodation and camping at Pindale May 2021

With the government relaxing many of the restrictions Pindale is open as normal but in a slightly reduced capacity in order to maintain social distancing. We will also continue to ask people to use face coverings where possible in communal areas. We have provided twelve hand sanitiser stations round the farm along with additional cleaning by ourselves. In addition, we have added additional cleaning items so you can clean as you go.
