Pindale Farm Outdoor Centre sits at the western end of the Hope Valley, right in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District. We’re just a mile from both Hope and Castleton, with open views towards Mam Tor, Hollins Cross, Back Tor, and Lose Hill. It’s an ideal base for almost any outdoor pursuit in the area, with hiking and mountain biking available straight from the door.

We offer four kinds of accommodation, all reasonably priced: Camping, the Bunkhouse, the Power House, and B&B. All bookings need to be confirmed in writing, with a deposit paid by BACS, card, cash, or cleared cheque before the booking date. Weekend bookings made in advance are for two nights, rising to three nights over public holidays. One-night bookings are released from seven days before any date, subject to availability.

As a licensed business, we are VAT registered, so all our prices already include VAT at the current rate. Our registration number is 457 8314 22.

We’re always happy to offer advice on the many local attractions, the weather, and anything else that might help you make the most of your visit. Dogs are welcome when kept on a lead, and we ask that any fouling be cleared up straight away. For your safety and peace of mind, the site has automatic lighting at night and CCTV throughout, and WiFi is also available.

A word on our pricing: At Pindale, we think it’s only fair to charge one low, fixed price for our camping and accommodation all year round. We don’t inflate our prices and then offer discounts, and we don’t charge more at weekends or during the summer. It’s simply one honest price, the same throughout the year.

Finding us: Our postcode is S33 6RN, but please note that if you follow this in your sat nav, you’ll be brought to a spot close to the St John Ambulance base, about half a mile down the road, where it will announce “You have reached your destination.” Don’t worry, just carry on up the road for another half a mile and you’ll reach the centre. Our Ordnance Survey map reference is SK 163825, or you can simply search for “Pindale Farm” on Google Earth to find us.
